The service
Zovo Rent Receipt Maker is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by autom8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo Rent Receipt Maker makes rent receipts for HRA claims in India. Give it the monthly rent, the tenant and landlord names, the property address and the financial year, and it returns one PDF with a receipt for each month, 2 or 3 to an A4 page, and a summary page you can hand to your employer. Rent changes during the year and part months (move-in or move-out in the middle of a month) are worked out by calendar days, each amount is written in words in the Indian system, and names print correctly in Hindi and other Indian scripts. Cash receipts above Rs 5,000 get a revenue stamp box, and when the year's rent is above Rs 1,00,000 each receipt has a line for the landlord's PAN.
